How to Make Extra Money Through Internet Marketing

I wish I could bring myself to write an article like every other person who is pedaling their wares on the internet. Because to be honest it was through those articles and claims to fame that I have probably purchased way to many products that just never lived up to the hype.

However, it was through my foolishness and not understanding internet marketing that led to me making mistakes, and at least I have been able to learn from those mistakes.

And out of my mistakes and many mis-spending, I have come to a develop a process that works. And to be honest you earn money without investment. The only time you want to spend money online is when it helps you and your process that helps you make extra money.

What I am going to do is tell you the process I have developed!

Process For Making Extra Money

Keyword Research

Now you can do this without spending any money and there is actually a formula you can use in a excel spreadsheet that will tell you the value of each keyword or niche that you go after. So for instance if you are building a supersight, then if you can make $10 or more a month off one post that is great. If you are building a smaller niche sight, you wont want to chase anything under $50 a month...it just wont be worth it to you. There are ways of doing that.

There are also 4 golden rules if you will in choosing the right Keyword to go after, so you want to make sure you get all 4 put together as you do this first step.

But if you get this wrong in niche sights you will be struggling, but in supersights (100 posts or more) you will find these keywords coming to you over time.

Content Distribution

What you will find is that more and more people love the tracking of progress more than the actually work of distributing content. And the more important piece of this is actually the part that people don't like, the distributing on content. But this is where you will get your free traffic. This is where you will draw your crowds, and this is where you make or break it. In other words instead of spending money on tracking your progress, spend your money on generating your progress. If I had $35 bucks to spend, I would spend it on something that allowed me to generate material instead of software that allowed me to track the material I submitted.

Soak Time

This is the hardest part. Because once you put something out there you really want to see profit that day. And it just does not happen that way. There has to be some soak time for the material you put out there. I usually post something then come back and check the stats 2-3 weeks later to see where it is coming up in search engines and other places. It is only then that I will start the next process!

Backlinks

There is a whole lot to be said about back linking, but this is the process that helps promote your article to the top. For instance I have a blog where it ranks #1 in Google for a lot of keywords. But there are only a couple of those keywords that are getting anywhere between 1000-2000 hits a month. And I might be 5th or on the second page of Google. And the goal is to be in the top 3 on the front page of every and Google keyword search out there...see why the first step is so important.

SO you need to begin the process of building backlinks. And yes it is important how and at what speed you do this. Google is looking for a specific rhythm if you will to the backlinks you get and the type of backlinks you receive.

Tweak

After you have done all these things on the posts or product you are promoting it is time to tweak and alter the page or post to get the best selling potential out of it. Monetizing it. This is different for every niche and group that you attract. There are some rules to the game, but it really depends on how you set it up and who is visiting your sight.
